soon out of status / inland PR application

I am in canada and applying for my PR inland (spouse family class). My husband is Canadien, I am from Austria. Due to the fact, that some documents that my mom sended me from Austria got lost, I can probably only send in my application after my visitor record already ended. It will expire on the 5th of November. My mom already gathered a few documents for me in Austria but there are still 2 more to gather. She is trying hard to send them in time to me, but for in case she cant send them in time, I will have a problem. What to do then? I will include a open work permit in my PR application, that gives me implied status until I hear the first time from CIC. But should I also send a restoration of status application? If I would send in now a visa extension application it will get refused for sure, since I cant send a copy of my PR application with the visa extension application, to proof to CIC that I really apply for PR. And what, if a restoration of status application gets refused during the inland PR application is in process ? Must I leave Canada then even when my PR application is in process ? I dont know if that would help for a visa extension, but I got on the 20th of October an appointment at the embassy in Halifax for my criminal record check, should I maybe include that document from the embassy in a visa extension application ? I am starting to panick. So the main question is: should i send a visa extension application without a copy of my PR application, or should I wait until I can send my PR application and send after that a restoration of status application and include a copy of my PR application ?

You can apply for an extension of your visitor status now without proving that you applied for PR. You don't need to get the extension before your status expires, you just need to apply to extend it.

You need to prove you can support yourself during your visit, or that your husband can provide for you. I sent bank statements, screenshots of my online banking. I asked for an extension of a year and got it. As for reason - just say you want to spend more time with your husband, and also that you're preparing to apply for PR.

Just apply for an extension of your status now. Online. You can do it in 30 minutes.

By the way, why are you trying to apply inland? I know Vienna is a relatively slow VO, but still, it will probably be December 2015 or even 2016 later by the time you get first stage approval and Open Work Permit. Also, if your visitor status extension is refused (for any reason. Although this is very unlikely, if you provide what they need - that you have funds for your stay) you need to leave Canada, and your Inland application will be discarded.

but I will have implied status after I send my PR application, since I include a OWP application ?

You only get implied status if CIC receives your Inland application and OWP BEFORE your status expires.
