SON BORN OUTSIDE CANADA

Dear members.
My all family have PR Card but last son was born here in Saudi arabia. We are now moving back to Canada in feb.2015. How can we process the Paper work here in saudi arabia and how much time it will take to complete the paper work.? If some one has experience,Kindly, share with me for my smooth landing.

Unless the child has a visa-exempted passport, he would need a visa to come to Canada. Check the nearest Canadian visa office for processing time. Alternatively, one parent must return to Canada to initiate the sponsoring process.
