I used to check my apllication status through E-CAS.But when i logged in two days before,this is what its showing...

We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons:

Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not yet begun processing it. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed

I checked the details entered and it was all correct.Last time when i was able to log in,the status was RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE..
Why am i not able to log in to my account?

PLZ HELP...

Hi:

Don't worry on this issue. I faced the same problem with Ecas and I was unable to check my status more than 45 days. But suddenly one day I found that I can view the status again on ECAS.

Still the reason is not clear to me. But it happens some times due to large system up gradation, I think.

Check it again keeping in mind the use of Caps lock. If its still does not work, u can send a general query to VO
 
True!Dont worry!Same happened to me,sometimes it happened when they r changing the status,but yeah,you can call Immigration Canada as well 1888 242-2100,press english,then follow instruction like pressing 2 for example as for family class or other,then press 0,agent will answer ,if they tell u no agent available try again n again ,i used not to retry but even if said no agent available sometimes calling the next minute works bc overloaded..

Hi, I have the same issue... but try to log in with the same details only difference

select in the first drop down menu the option "Client Identification Number/...." and then in the next line u can put ur UCI number which you can see when u order caips....

I check my ecas using the UCI number bcoz i am also not able to log in using my file number...

Let me know if it works for u

I've always used E-client number so far..It is writen in the first letter telling u that ur application has been accepted,the one from CaseProcessingCentreMississauga(CPCM)
Now i wish u the best.I know it might be long and depressing at times,but be positive,believe me,i know its hard but if u have faith,it'll go way faster!!
 
hey MEHUL1980,thanx for that great information.it really worked.I was able to log in to my account.
Still my status is same as before-RBVO.

Dear Jibs,

Tips for it. Try to log in with your UIC number. Instead of election Immigration file number select UIC option & enter all details.

This happened to so many applicants & some are able to log in with UIC.
