Some GCMS ATIP questions

They generated the notes in early march, but sent them to me 3 weeks later. I think I had an officer assigned since February, the deadline was April 1, but I guess they missed it.

I also received ATIP notes from CBSA in early April, that were generated around April 4, with the same information (My previous GCMS requests were ignored, so I lost hope of getting anything from IRCC at that point, and figured I'd try CBSA instead with an excuse of getting my travel history).
Anything in your history that could warrant further review?

The following could trigger further scrutiny: self-employment or unemployment, low and/or irregular income, change of name, poison pen letter from a disgruntled ex/co-worker/roommate, address history mismatch with various records, foreign travel, your name on a government watchlist/database (could be for anything as simple as being an environmentalist or member of a human rights organization) etc.

Do you tick any boxes?

I was unemployed for 3 months and without a permanent address for 5 months after landing while I was looking for a job, but I assume 9 out of 10 express entry immigrants have a similar history. I also took 3 days off between jobs once.
Not sure about address history. I had a mail drop at UPS that I gave them to send the PR card to while I had temporary living arrangements. I put actual airbnbs and sublets on my citizenship application, I thought it wouldn't fly to claim that I was living inside a small UPS mailbox.
Other than that, nothing.

Would that cause complications with presence or prohibitions?
My ATIP says that neither of them is started. Does it mean that the extra scrutiny is needed for something else, or the junior officer was so confused that they couldn't even start?
They should have my travel history from CBSA anyway. Do they not trust it enough and also want to check that I stayed in Canada by other means?

They don't just use travel history for physical presence. They verify it with address and enjoyment history.

Perhaps the system flagged it for review.

Or there could be some other concern, quality control or just inefficiency. Who knows.

Please post updates when you get them!

I have the same except I don't have level 2.(bg & test passed)

I have a weird oath due date marked for 2022 may (I applied in 2022 February..so that's impossible-lol) as well under the oath section it says "no show: N"...what does that mean?

I don't know what the "location:e-grant review ready pm03" means..I have the same written for that too.
Hi have you got any update? Trying to figure out whether review ready "pm03" means anything significant. What's your processing office?

I pray that you get your LPP completed and oath date soon. I understand how disheartening it is to wait this long.

I finally received my ATIP notes, after several unsuccessful attempts, but not sure how to interpret some of the data.
I tried calling IRCC, but could not get through to an alive agent. I applied a bit over 21 months ago, so now I am starting to get very concerned about not having any updates on my application for over a year.
I still have LPP in progress, oath not started. (Edit: according to ATIP, LPP are also not started)

One line says "LOCATION: E-grant Review Ready PM03"
Has anybody seen something similar? Is it a good sign, or doesn't mean anything?

Criminality clearance is passed, but security clearance section has only 4 lines: UCI, my name and clearance type. So, I assume the rest of the lines are redacted?
Is it likely that it is in progress? Does it correspond to prohibitions, or something else? My background check is marked as passed in tracker.
Does anybody have any idea which agency is doing security clearance?

There is also a note saying "Application referred from L1 to L2". Any idea what that might mean? It seems that this was done when my RCMP check was renewed, but not sure if it is related.

PM03 simply means Program Officer / Integration Officer. It simply represents the officer's level, with PM02 being a higher level than PM01, and PM03 being higher level than PM02. If a file is referred to a higher level program officer, that means there was something flagged on the application and it could not be processed by the lower level officer.
Interesting... where can I find more info on this?
I don't have L2 or else note in my file.
My file isn't complicated so not sure what would flag to pm03.

Would this cause delays? Is it related to RQ?

Scarborough. Recently got allocated to an officer with PM03 note but no L1/L2 that I can see. There is a new redacted note which appears related to security screening but will never know.

Does anybody know if mandamus would help move things along if you have PM03?
Or anything else? I really don't want to have to wait more than 3 years for anything to happen. This is rather distressing and somewhat complicating my life.

I've been sending webforms, calling, making ATIP requests, and contacted the MP office, but so far nothing is updated.
They told the MP's assistant that normal processing is 24 months instead of 22, so I should wait for mid-June. Wherever they got this number, I have no idea.

From my interaction with various representatives, I was getting an impression that they just randomly decided not to do anything on my application for over a year for no reason, but it could be that they were not very reliable sources of information.
Responses to webforms also don't contain any useful information of course.

Anybody has any idea when should I expect an RQ if the application was flagged due to some presence/address irregularities?

Processing time is 21 months as of today (2023-05-10)

Do you have your background done?
Isn't security goes along with that?
Where do you see on your notes that it was allocated to an officer with pm03?

My security has nothing written lol and my bg was done in October.

Now that I think maybe being self employed in 2022 is a flag but I have a friend who was self employed and had no problems or waiting with his application.

Well...I guess I'll wait for that 21 months if that's how it is...

Well my bg is in process since Feb, 2023 (Security is pending), in my notes status is 'in process'. SCR office paper app AOR in Oct 2022. I don't know its pending due to procedural delays or it went in Security Clearance which takes 110 days on average. I know its status is blank in notes usually if BG is completed (evident from other folks notes who had BGC). Also in my notes location is 'Grant Review Ready PMO1', I don't know what that means actually, I had test completed in March, nothing after that. Plus AFAIK, employment or unemployment has no direct impact on citizenship - this is what I gathered through seniors remarks on different threads.

Background completed Feb. I'm almost 20 months.
