Software Engineering graduate in Calgary. Am I eligible to apply for PR under Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathaway?

Hi, I am a Software Engineering graduate in Calgary. Has anyone applied for Alberta Accelerated Tech Pathaway?

I recently graduated but I don't have a job offer yet. I did well in IELTS and I did a 1.5 year Co-Op. My sister is a Canadian citizen. Accordingly, my CRS score is 490.

Can I apply for Alberta Accelerated pathaway or do I need a job to be eligible to apply? If someone could share their experience going through a similar process, I'd really appreciate it

For context, my brother applied outland without a job offer. He received nomination under the Express Entry stream: IT occupation (NOC 22221) and family connection (me).

Thanks. I don't have a job offer but I did a co-op for 1.5 years in data science. Do I still need a job offer or is there a way to apply? Market isn't great so I've not received a job offer yet. My brother is a Canadian citizen and my CRS score is ~485-490
