I've read mixed comments on whether Canada allows landing for people in US with copr approved after March 18. Some people say only copr approved before March 18 are allowed to land. However, others say the "March 18" restriction is for non-US travelers and people in US with copr after March 18 can still land. Can anyone confirm that?

I am currently residing in US. My copr was approved in May and is about to expire in October. I know there is still over 3 months before the expiration. But current coronavirus situation in US is not looking promising and it is quite likely that border restrictions will remain in effect for quite a while. I am considering doing a soft landing (quarantine for 14 days) in August to validate my PR status in Canada and return back to US afterwards. BTW, I am working on F-1 OPT STEM and plan to return using automatic visa revalidation (AVR) policy. I'd like to hear your ideas about if the plan is feasible.

For people in similar situations and have insights about this issue, let's discuss and sort things out!! THX!

Call the CBSA (preferably the port of entry you want to land at) and see what they have to say. Make sure you'll be allowed to re-enter the US.

Are people getting CoPRs currently? Are the PRs being processed? My PR should have been processed by July 9, 2020. I know that it is an estimated timeline but was just wondering if people got CoPRs in June or July?
