Soft landing and sending PR card via courier.

Hi friends.
I have received my Copr recently and plan on doing a soft landing and returning back to the my home country after activating pr status.

I will be giving my relatives address for mailing the pr card. Can my relative then courier the pr card to my home country for me to enter Canada again when I intend on moving permanently.
Can they alternately travel with it to my home country when they come for a holiday.

Just one follow up question.
If for any reason I do not receive my card and want to travel back can they refuse me a PRTD on the grounds of leaving the country before I have rec my pr card.
