Hi,
I have applied in same NOC in May 2011. My case is still in Process. Can anyone guide me that how much time it will take?

Dear friends,

I am not in the favor of creating new threads, unless they are very important, but since i havent met a single applicant of NOC 4152 on the forum (even the statistics shows that 528 apllicant have already applied under this catagory). I just want to say," where are you guys"?

Please introduce your self, share your experiences of filling the application as well as current status, to have some good fellows of our NOC b4 we enter CANADA!

We all dont know how long it is going to take. I also applied in May and my status is still RBVO. What is your timeline? Does it say the dates they started processing your application? And your VO?

My friend and his wife recently got their medical request, they contacted the VO after and informed them of their new baby the VO ask him to send update additional family and imm0008, birth cert, photos and pay $150. He has sent all the required doc but his bank account hasn't yet been charged how long does it take for bank acc to be charge. He sent all the docs 10 days ago. Pls advice

They should be patient, could take btn a month or two for the draft to be cashed. They are almost there. Congratulations to them.

Can somebody put light on the fact that some applicants like y2patel who applied between (July 2010 To June 2011) are being processed but some who applied during the same time (July 2010 To June 2011) are not being processed - What's the reason? Are there different insrutctions for different Visa Offices?

Dont think about Y2patel look at my timeline same NDVO same NOC but still waiting for MR. I already got GCMS last week and I knew that Criminality,Security,Medical Not Started so what can I do I also got reply from NDVO they currently review my application so what should I think nearly 20 months from application date.

i also belongs to 4152..got file number may 2011........in process from nov 15th,2011..no medicals yet.i have foriegn travel history...do u have?

i hope because of travel history,they are waiting for security check reports and other reports...may be that is the delay for medicals......
i know few of my friends with my same time line and just next to my file number from same NOC got visa and went to canada.they got medical in december 19th,2011...but am still in last bench...

Point is: According to Instructions: The visa offices are processing application (July 2011 to June 2011 - the preriority given), if these are the insructions then why some applications before that are being processes and some are just waiting??????????????????????? I nobody knows the answer!

I think it all depends on quota for each visa quota, manpower etc. Otherwise, NDVO wont be issueing visa to someone who applied in August or September 2011.

Total complete applications received since July 1, 2011
The cap has been reached. CIC has received 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications for processing since July 1, 2011.

However, certain applications are still eligible for processing. From now until June 30, 2012, we will only consider applications:

•with an offer of arranged employment, or
•submitted under the PhD stream (see below) until the cap of 1000 applications is reached.
If new Ministerial Instructions are not issued before July 1, 2012, the current cap of 10,000 new applications will re-set on that date.

How many countries you have been visited more then 6 months.
