Hi, it is a normal occurence to not have heard anything from VO after RBVO. Some have been at this stage for 6+ months. I am looking at the tracker and I can see you received 2AOR on 8 June, is that right? Also what is your VO? You could drop a case specific enquiry to your VO. You will probably get a standard reply that your file is in a queue for review. It is worth a try anyway. Just follow this link and select your VO:

Samirsa, have you not already applied and received NER? And you are now putting things together to reapply? If so then the CAIP is just indicating the reason why you received NER for your previous application. This does not preclude you from reapplying....unless I don't totally understand the situation....Mandie

Did your duties match with the duties mentioned on the CIC website. There should be a match of ~70% duties.

Yes, I have received 2nd AOR from VO on 6th of May-2011. After that till date no news from VO. So waiting............. I applied for case specific inquire. Hope within in November get news from VO. Please prayer for me. What about you? Did you know any one reject from VO after received PER under new rules.
