Skilled Worker: If I apply through Arranged Employment but lose it later

I am applying through arranged employment and I have 76 points on FSWP, I am working under a post-graduation work permit and a full-time skilled A job. My questions are the following:

1. If I (by any chance) lose my arranged employment I will only have 61 points, but if I conserve my arranged employment until January 2013 and lose it later I will have at least one year working in Canada which will give me an extra push up to 68. My question is: If I lose my job at this instance (after one year) and I get to 68 points, the FSWP would completely open back again, will my application still be approved?

2. If answer to question 1 is affirmative: the company is sending me out of the country for a couple months before January 2013 but I will still get paid in a canadian bank account (paying taxes). Is the year still going to be over in January 2013 or I will have to wait the number of days that I was working outside to count 1 year?

Hello Thanks for your answer, No I did not. I don't need LMO as I am working under a Post Graduation Work Permit which is one of the exceptions to the rule of needing an LMO.

I actually got an LMO from my company, but I did not use it as they just opened the Bridging Work Permit program and I prefer to have an open work permit than to be tied to just one company.

Well usually once they award you the points at the start of the application process, they don't increase or decrease your points once your circumstances change. Think of the second part of your case for example (considering you don't loose your arranged employment), do you think they will award you extra points on top of your 76 once you complete 1 year (answer is no).
