Skilled worker and SOWP

Hi there,

I am a software engineer in Canada on PGWP. I want to bring my spouse to Canada. I am wondering if i can apply for their SOWP when i am on PGWP or if i should just apply for her visit visa?
What is a quicker and better option? Please guide me if there is any other way to bring my spouse here.
Also, what is considered a skilled worker? Is a software engineer considered a skilled worker?

If she wants to live in Canada OWP would be the correct option. How long have you been married?

Do you have a good in person dating history? After you got married how much time did you spend together in person? Was this an arranged marriage?

yes it was an arranged. We been engaged for 2 years and went to dubai after marriage
