Thank you for your reply. In my case, my first and last name are both in caps but for my spouse it's in title case as it should be. In my P1 email letter, my name was correctly in the title case. So its nothing to worry about? I don't have to contact IRCC for that?

I am the primary applicant and my PR eligibility was completed almost 3 months ago. The only thing that's long pending (almost 3.5-4 months) with our PR application is the background verification. We don't have a big travel and residential history either.
