Hi there,

I have some questions about Skilled Worker application form(IMM0008(10-2008)E GENERIC)There is space for "Details of Family Members" in the 2nd page. If an applicant is single (Never Married), does the applicant have to fill in details of her parents and sisiters with their pictures? Or, does the applicant only need to fill in details of her spouse and children with their pictures? ( If the applicant is single (never married), does she not need to fill in the 2nd page?)

Also about "Certified copies"
According to CIC Website
People authorized to certify copies include the following:
In Canada:
a commissioner of oaths
a notary public
a justice of the peace

"Include" means...
Can I ask a doctor to certify my copies?
Does Canadian immigration accept copies which are certified by a doctor?

Thank you for your help.

Regards,
Nao

if single with no children, then write N/A under name and last name there.

Those three you mentioned for certifying are for 'in canada'. I think you have to see whether a person is qualified to certify according to the laws of your country. Perhaps someone else could answer this.

Thanks rupeshhari,

I am in Canada.
Thus I am looking for information about "Certified copies"
According to CIC Website
People authorized to certify copies include the following:
In Canada:
a commissioner of oaths
a notary public
a justice of the peace

I might be able to find a person who is a doctor or a pastor, but I am not sure that the Immigration takes copies that are certified by a doctor or pastor.

My question is that I want to know that only those 3 ocupations ( a commissioner of oaths, a notary public, a justice of the peace) cancertify copies. Or also can the others who is a doctor or a pastor...certify copies?

Thanks,

Nao
