How many years of foreign (outside Canada) work experience do you have? I think skill transferabilty takes into account your foreign work experience too.
Use this tool to calculate your points:

If you have no foreign experience and if you are considering 2 or more post-secondary program and 2 yrs of Canadian experience which is 50 points.
Then there is a restriction in skill transferability factor max 100 points (education + foreign work exp)
max of 50 points in each section.
So in your case you'll just get 50 not 75

You need to achieve CLB 9 in total to get maximum points i.e. 100 for skill transferability. 8 in Listening and 7 in rest of the modules will make cumulative score CLB level 9. You scored 6.5 in writing and that resulted in 25 points less.

That's not correct. 50 is max for Candian exp which he already got. To claim rest 50 points you need to have foreign exp.

I maybe not well educated in this matter then. But, dont you need to have CLB 9 in order to get maximum points?
Or it just applies to people applying from Outside Canada?

That's right. CLB9 criteria applies only for foreign work experience only. Check this out. CRS – C. Skill transferability factors:

Thank You all for your information, but that really screws.on the happy side with the new changes hope this 30 points will put me in the safe spot.

Skill transferability factors(max 100)

Education

A) Official Language proficiency and education = 25(max 50)
B) Canadian work experience and education = 50(max 50)
Subtotal = 50 :eek:

Foreign work experience

A) Official Language proficiency and foreign work experience = 0
B) Canadian and foreign work experience B) = 0
Subtotal = 0

Certificate of qualification = 0

Subtotal Skill transferability factors = 50

This what is look for me in the calculator, that mean unless i have foreign experience my max points can be only 50???? :-\

Yes, because you already got additional equivalent points for your canadian experience. You cannot claim those points twice.
