six months for the passport request after biometrics

No updates. I've sent a request email Saturday and I'm waiting for an answer. The 6th of August i'll close 8 months of waiting..

Please do inform us too when you get any reply of email or any update on visa, my agent (in Canada) is neither replying my messages nor phn calls so I can't even contact ircc
No updates yet. This is getting ridiculous.. i'll close 10 months in the 9 of September. They replied to my email, saying they're doing the background check.
