ACCA students could have oxford brookes bsc honors degree!! after paying a trivial fee and a thesis submission. She already has ACCA passed, does she have 3 year work experience as well, if yes then she is a qualified ACCA member in that case most likely option is MBA studies in Canada. so thats why the accounting certificate was a bad choice. Reapplying with a different program now would prove visa officer was right. She could actually may show her intent to apply for express entry.. ie by getting that bsc + english test + ties in canada as you + experience if she is ACCA qualified as aforementioned.. getting residency is not a weak intent even if she want to return back home afterwards she could also transfer to CPA here in Canada as an option..

Statement of purpose is just a letter explaining why someone wants to study in Canada right?

Also is there a difference between applying online and applying paper based? Like does applying online is faster and has more chances of getting a visa?

Yes in SOP explain in detail with ties to return in a straight forward way but 4 year degree program after a well recognized ACCA certificate would make it difficult to explain 'common sense'.

Sometimes applying online is faster, check application processing times..

So my other sister's student visa was also rejected and they gave 3 reasons 1) Purpose of study, Canadian and back home family ties 3) length of proposed stay in canada

She just finished her A levels from Karachi Pak and applied to Sheridan college Business admin Finance 4 years degree

It just doesn't make sense........why would they reject it? We had all documents completed

Any help would be appreciated
