guys I have question and would appreciate the reply

my sister in law (my wife sister, who has 5 yr experience and 1 yr diploma in child care development) wants to apply for caregiver (that is to take care of our kid, who is autistic and ADHD and need care, can we hire her as live in caregiver) and sister in law is married and have 1 year old child of her own, can she include her husband and child in the application too or once she come here she then can bring them here?

thanks

No - she cannot include her husband or her child in her application.

They can apply independently to come as visitors. However this won't allow them to live in Canada / remain in Canada long term - just stay for a few months as visitors (and of course there's no guarantee of approval). Also, her husband will not qualify for a spousal open work permit.

If she's coming as a live in caregiver, she should assume there's a good chance most of her time will be spent here without her family.

Yes - you can.

Wondering if you were successful in sponsoring your sister inlaw as living in care giver. I intend doing the same and want to know what the chances are?
