Been looking in to schools and its a lot of money to spend when youre not even guaranteed PR. Im about to do a YP in BC and would like to apply for the BC PNP after - hoping that I can get an lmia when my YP is over to use throughout the PNP application. Im just nervous I wouldnt have enough points. Could I apply for ELSS even tho Im on a noc b in my YP?
