According to sinp itself it takes 6 to 8 weeks
But honestly it took 6 months for me

well I think if your employer communicates with SINP often, it shouldn't take less than 3 weeks. That's what happened to me.

I have a full-time permanent employment in my field. Now waiting for my employer to get the job approval letter. We communicate pretty well. But we are both anxious about how long it takes for SINP to prove the job position. Anyone has knowledge about that?

I agree with most people here, it takes longer. WHY?

First SINP need to approve company - this step is longest. At this step SINP can ask company to provide financial info, audits, documents, etc.

Second SINP need to approve your job - shorter step. At this stage SINP accesses your title and tasks according to NOC

Third, employer prints letter for you.

When you apply for your SINP nomination letter, it takes 0.3months (10 days) according to their website. took me 7

really surprise they work on sunday.
and the funny thing is i just submitted my ee application yesterday and got aor of ee,
the paper based application aor comes today....
are they on purpose? lol.....

i received the email at 1230 today which really surprised me.
i am sinp existing work experience category which also needs a job approval letter.

I hope it will be 12 months for all of us but realistically it will be closer to 16 than 12

If Nova Scotia office would have not many applications, then it would be faster

Considering how many Occupation In Demand applying and we can say THANK YOU to those dudes for extending the overall processing times.
