Does anyone know the work permit extension process when you have restriction for employment on SINP

I came to know that employer should pay a compliance fee of $230 and we can't apply for open work permit

Currently I am on pgwp which is expiring soon

You don't need AOR for a closed work permit. All you have to do is to ask your employer to submit a LMIA Exempt employment application and pay the $230 compliance fee. Once its done, CIC will email your employer a job ID number with the $230 receipt which he has to give to you because its must be included with your work permit application in order to be approved

LMIA is totally different issue.
Getting LMIA is really tough for employer. unless you are extraordinary, most of the employer won't go for LMIA.

Based on your AOR you will get bridge work permit.

Yes, that will work.
apply for bridge work permit.
search about BOWP(bridge work permit)

if the PNP certificate shows employer restriction as 'yes', then you can only apply closed permit. They will reject the BOWP even if you have AOR coz your PNP certificate will show employer restriction.

The employer compliance fee receipt is required for the closed work permit, only the PNP support letter is not enough.

This is not LMIA. Its called LMIA Exempt Employment application. I got my SINP with employment restrictions. At first I applied for an work permit with just my SINP and SINP work support letter including the job offer letter from my employer. It was refused a month later saying I needed to have my employer to complete a LMIA Exempt Employment application which you can found on CIC website and fill out the forms and pay the $230 compliance fee.

After that I got the Job ID and receipt that was emailed to my employer which he then gave me to submit with my closed work permit application.

Hello,

You need be employed permanent fulltime in your field. Your employer will need to go on SINP website and do some work After that you get SINP job offer With the job offer you apply for SINP and get SINP nomination letter

So the job offer is just some paper showing you are employed, or is it something that employeer needs to work hard like fill lots of papers etc to get it?

Thank you

Hello,

SINP Job Offer letter is different from Employer letter (SINP letter is based Employer letter). SINP Job Offer issued by your Employer through Government of Saskatchewan.

Here is process:

1) Have a valid Post Graduate Work Permit and Permanent Fulltime Job in NOC 0, A or B
2) Employer goes https://immigration.saskatchewan.ca/apex/f?p=305:101:11497478296099 and creates Company. Employer might be asked to upload Audits and other documentation.
3) Once Company is approved by SINP, Employer creates a position. Once position is approved, Employer puts your name and prints a letter for you. This is your SINP Job offer letter
4) Prepare all documents for SINP application including your Job offer letter scanned
5) create application and upload all your documents
6)wait and receive SINP Nomination Letter

Please let me know if this is clear or you need more explanation

Anton

Now waiting for Aor

Hi guys!
I have a full-time permanent employment in my field. Now waiting for my employer to get the job approval letter. We communicate pretty well. But we are both anxious about how long it takes for SINP to prove the job position. Anyone has knowledge about that?

According to sinp itself it takes 6 to 8 weeks
But honestly it took 6 months for me
