Hi guys !!!
I am expecting to graduate this month from a university in SK. I have enough experience and also received one year full time job offer in a field related to my field of my study. One of the criteria to apply for SINP is "full time permanent job offer", so wondering if they accept full time job offers which are not permanent for SINP.
Comments and suggestions from experienced members will be appreciated....

Well as long as its full time and the company can employ you until you get PR then it should be fine......but make sure to have your company to apply for the SINP job approval letter first.

Hello Albert,

Congratulations on graduating the University.

I am sorry to say but u are right that "permanent job" is a problem.

My suggestions:
Look for permanent full time job. Do not delay. Remember Permanent Resident Provincial Nominee + SINP + gathering all docs could be long. Permanent resident application itself 16 months (almost half of 3 year PGWP)
Extending work permit on SINP Permanent Resident is Pain
Also, before anything u need to ask the permanent fulltime employer if they are willing to help u with SINP job approval letter

Hope that helps

Take a look here http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/have-3-year-pgwp-sinp-didnt-give-job-approval-letter-please-help.237898/

So u ask yourself, Do I want to apply for Permanent Resident Fast?
Yes - Take a look at Canadian Experience Class Express Entry. I got a friend who applied without job offer
No - Look for permanent fulltime job

I remember reading about a post where someone got SINP based on an paid internship program that the SK government got rid off a while ago. I asked how it was possible and the guy said he wasn't sure how it got approved in the first place. But then again its an internship job so the guy has to reapply with a new job offer later on.

Yes, I have to change my job because i am a gradworks intern and my internship will end 30 April 2017. I got a new permanent job so i have to change it.
Why you think i should withdraw my CIC application?
My sinp nomination is still valid. I will have to apply for extension, as far as i know.

Thanks

Hi Wonderland,

I see one mistake.Rahman does not need to withdraw CIC application. Again, we do not know what says under Employee Restriction

U get new job:
Employer supports u with SINP letter
U apply for SINP
Update CIC through case specific

CIC depends on SINP

Any change you need to update SINP and CIC or it can be considered as misrepresentation.

I know that's why its better to find a job that will support you until the end of your PR processing right. And stay on that job regardless the wages or treatment of the work place because I know some friends of mine stay until they got PR even though the employer gave the less work hours and treated them like crap.

Yes, the word "permanent" is a problem. Postdoc or Research Associate jobs are not permanent, instead are renewed in yearly basis up to maximum three years. In principle, i have three year term job Job offer but the offer letter does not say it will be guaranteed to renew for the second and third year. It simply says for one year but can be renewed for the second and third year based on ........
Anyone with the same Postdoc job offer and SINP experience ???????
Thanks for your reply.

I got a friend who applied under SINP Agricultural with family. He is main applicant. He got MR after 8 months. Your friend should get it any day now
