Hi, I applied for my brother in sinp category in 2012, his medical was done and fees of immigration has been paid in feb 2015, but didn't get any reply since last month, now we got email from immigration that his application refused for 5 years, now my question is that, can he apply in other category now?
Please help me.

5 years is usually the time you get when banned for causes of misrepresentation. Did they say anything else other than that?

No he cannot apply any application for 5 years. It might be case of misrepresentation.

They have some doubt with previous employer when they had interview with employer, but very thing was true as their demand we provid another letter of employer to them but they took decision?

Sorry to hear that news. Is that CIC who banned you for misrepresentation after securing SINP nomination?

If yes then how did CIC approach to ex employer?

After got nomination his file went to delhi(India), for fast process they sent his file to Columbo (Shri Lanka)and quickly he got his medical and request for pay immigration fees. After medical has been done they Had telephonic interview with his ex employer, but officer didn't reply to us for long time so we sent lots of email about status update, and then after one and half years they sent email give us proof of employer in 30 days, my brother requested to his ex employer for another letter(mention all the details in there) but as we sent them email with all the documents they sent refusal for 5 years by email on next day so I couldn't understand what happen exactly? Now My concern is that, can I apply for appeal??

If you sent all the evidence within the requested 30days timeframe. Then CIC officer should have considered those evidences before making any final decision and this drastic step. if you believe you were managed to respond CIC within the given 30days timeframe then you can raise an appeal with all the evidences.

Sorry to hear about this..do they do this kinda interviews with all previous employers? how many calls will they make in a day? is it done on case to case basis or mandatory for all...

Better u hire a consultant for this. Campbell Cohen of Canada Visa Company is a good for this, these threads and forums are also belong to them. Firstly, don't hesitate to ask consultant about the matter?
