After got nomination his file went to delhi(India), for fast process they sent his file to Columbo (Shri Lanka)and quickly he got his medical and request for pay immigration fees. After medical has been done they Had telephonic interview with his ex employer, but officer didn't reply to us for long time so we sent lots of email about status update, and then after one and half years they sent email give us proof of employer in 30 days, my brother requested to his ex employer for another letter(mention all the details in there) but as we sent them email with all the documents they sent refusal for 5 years by email on next day so I couldn't understand what happen exactly? Now My concern is that, can I apply for appeal??

Usually after nomination it is rare that CIC will contact his/her employer. Usually it is done by the nominating province, CIC only does security, medical & criminal background checks. Is there anybody else out there had the similar case like this just curious?

I concur with your point. Usually CIC does not approach to employer for employment verification unless the found something fishy in employment letter. In such case CIC will do its best to dig down the detail information in order to verify the documentation provided to CIC.

Hi, I applied for my brother in sinp category in 2012, his medical was done and fees of immigration has been paid in feb 2015, but didn't get any reply since last month, now we got email from immigration that his application refused for 5 years, now my question is that, can he apply in other category now?
Please help me.
