Hi Everyone,

I need help regarding PNP. I have following factors, now i need to know where i can better apply to be succeeded. Need ur experience to help me out. I have read many material of CIC official website and also read material on different PNP programs on their official sites. However, i am confused now so can u sum up and tell me option available for me.

Ielts : L=6.5 , R=6 , W=6.5 , S=7
ECA: MBA with focus in finance
Age : become 35 in sep 2019 (*where i place myself.. in 35 or in 36 )
Working Exp: more than 9 years in Bank (head office) and working related to finance (financial reconciliation & settlements in ADC channel)
Senior settlement & reconciliation officer

i am assuming my NOC as 1114 i guess as "other financial officer". Pls suggest me my noc code as well if u r aware of my work or belong to my relevant field.

Do I send scanned copy of complete Generic form or validate generic form which I fill in computer given off version.

my HR will not ready to provide me letter in some other format. They have their own format in which they provide experience letter.
What is the option?

Lettet head must. In addition, you have to enclose 3 more job related documents proof, one of them must be government issued document.

Your NOC is okay.
First check your eligibility for QSW here, SINP is difficult for you because your IELTS score is medium and u don't have any SASK connection or experience.

Hi ashuindian, what is alternative? Company is not ready to give letter on letterhead unless I resign. Manager is ready to give on plan paper with business card. Please suggest.

That is sad to know. I have received invitation for application for SINP. I managed to get reference letter of two previous employers on letterhead. But current one is not ready to give on letterhead. I have obtained this communication on mail and have attached the same in my application with reference letter on plan paper. That is maximum i can do as of now.
Do you think that SINP will not entertain this as well?

You can try with LOE.
Most probably they will refuse it. Nowadays they are very strict. They will do verification as well.

LOE = Letter of experience?
If they are doing verification then I donot have any issues. It is because of the same reason i am not getting the reference letter on the letterhead. I have access to company letterhead and my manager is ready to give it on letterhead as well. As the company policy does not allow it, i am not talking chance. If SINP choose other personal in the company and if the person found that i have violated policy then company may not give positive reply to SINP query. Then chances of rejection is sure.
I work in multinational pharmaceutical company with good presence in Canada. I have all documents on letterhead supporting my employment with the current employer.
If SINP only consider basis of reference letter on letterhead then it is harsh.
