I worked as a Workforce Management Executive in a contact center from 2007-2012 (5 yrs). Then I moved to a different company and worked as Director, Business Analytics from 2013-2019 (7yrs).
My current NOC code working as Director, Business Analytics is 0125. If I exclude the earlier experience of 5 years, my score will be 67.
However, given that SINP scores are refusing to come down from 69, I am thinking of using my previous experience as well. My duties as a Workforce Executive included:
-Forecasting and scheduling contact center workforce
-Maintaining SLA while supervising the workforce on floor
-Reporting to the management on daily stats
-Ensuring schedule adherence among contact center agents
Do you think these responsibilities might fall under 0125? My research has so far yielded that this could be NOC 6314.
