SINP OID Renewal Passport Information Update

Hi,

I am SINP OID Applicant, nominated Mid Jan 2017 and I have just submitted my paper based application to CIC which is going to be reached CIC by 7th/8th Feb 2017. My Kid's passport ( Type 1 Dependent)will be expiring on Mid Nov 2017. Today, I just got her renewal passport. Please advice me followings:

1. When I should update her new passport information to CIC/SINP?
2. Should I need to update both SINP & CIC?
3. If so, what is the process of updating new passport information?
4. Should I courier or scan and upload?
5. Will it be wise decision if I update it after first AOR?

You will get PPR before it expires.. You have to send paper copy to same office of CIC.. you can even get new stamping in both passports

When its specifically requested (or) when you are asked to submit for PPR which ever is earlier
