Notary attested copies are the best. Passport 2 first pages (means half-half 4 pages) and last 2 pages photocopy needed.

Hi guys,
My status shows 2nd time Waiting on Applicant. But no ADR. Contacted with sinp they said that its technical problem. Is there any body with same problem.

hello Dear Ashu and all

today my application got ineligible.

SINP Reason
"You have not scored a minimum of 60 out of 100 points on the Skilled Worker Points Assessment grid. You have not received as many points as you claimed for work experience. From SINP assessment, you have only 2 years and 10 months of eligible work experience in NOC 1225 in the past ten years that can be awarded points. You were not awarded points for other experience in occupations either higher or lower in skill level as opposed to NOC 1225, and they are not in demand."

but I could not understand how they have calculated my experience 2 years and 10 months. Because as per my experience letter, it was clearly mentioned that I have been performing the same jobs and responsibilities since 01.09.2010 to the date of submission of my application in November, 2016. As per company's policy only my designation changed but my roles and responsibilities remained same. So total more than 6 years of experience related to noc 1225.

following detail was mentioned in my experience letter alongwith roles and responsibilities.

From 02.07.2007 to 01.07.2008 : Management Trainee
From 02.07.2008 to 31.12.2012 : Assistant Executive
From 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 : Executive Purchase
From 01.01.2016 to till date : Manager Purchase
It is full time permanent position in this organization. He works 48 hours per week. His gross salary per month is Rs. ***** (Rupees *******in words).
He has been performing the following roles and responsibilities since 01.09.2010.

now how they calculate my experience and what is their reason.

please help should i make a second review or new application or both.

More over i was worried about my fund maturity period which to my surprise they have not mentioned at all.

thanks

Hi muk123. Just want to share this in case it may help you. The officer did not gave you points for Manager Purchase Position. Instead, he just gave you points for the executive purchase position.

Are you a Nov 22 applicant? If so, kindly check this out.

Oct 2012-Oct 2013 officer gave you 8 months since you started working as Exec purchase on Jan 2013
Oct 2013-Oct 2014 officer gave you 1 year
Oct 2014 - Oct 2015 officer gave you 1 year.

Officer quoted this:
You were not awarded points for other experience in occupations either higher or lower in skill level as opposed to NOC 1225, and they are not in demand

Because of this:

Purchasing agents and officers purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, land or access rights and business services for use or for further processing by their establishment. They are employed throughout the public and private sectors.

Illustrative example(s)
contract management officer
contracts officer
energy asset surface land analyst
materiel management officer
procurement officer
purchaser, furniture and furnishings
purchasing agent
supply officer, government
All examples

Exclusion(s)
Purchasing and inventory control workers (1524)
Purchasing managers (0113)
Retail and wholesale buyers (6222)

Purchasing managers are not under 1225, instead under 0113 NOC.

Just my analysis. But I am not really sure how they calculate the points. As this is one of my concerns too. Hope it will be a great help.

I am now worried with my NOC. This is a proof SINP determines the NOC by the position and not by the job duties :(

Dear Actually you did mistake, before applying you should study the roles between purchase manager and purchase agents.
Accordingly you should change your reference letter.

Now wait for next turn.

Regards

Yes, u r right,. They appointed a lot new staff to complete target, those guys are not properly skilled. So they don't read reference letters deeply, only assume that after checking Job Title. May be, this is the reason of unmecesarily rejections.
Especially, when job title more confusing and totally different.

Can request for second review if profile is ineligible because of NOC?
