For each job description you had to put a separate letter or to have a different Job duties show in the same letter,

But they don't believe in it. With every job designation, they also want to see their related duties. How is it possible that the duties of all four jobs are the same? While you have promotions, salary has also increased.

today my application got ineligible.

SINP Reason
"You have not scored a minimum of 60 out of 100 points on the Skilled Worker Points Assessment grid. You have not received as many points as you claimed for work experience. From SINP assessment, you have only 2 years and 10 months of eligible work experience in NOC 1225 in the past ten years that can be awarded points. You were not awarded points for other experience in occupations either higher or lower in skill level as opposed to NOC 1225, and they are not in demand."

but I could not understand how they have calculated my experience 2 years and 10 months. Because as per my experience letter, it was clearly mentioned that I have been performing the same jobs and responsibilities since 01.09.2010 to the date of submission of my application in November, 2016. As per company's policy only my designation changed but my roles and responsibilities remained same. So total more than 6 years of experience related to noc 1225.

following detail was mentioned in my experience letter alongwith roles and responsibilities.

From 02.07.2007 to 01.07.2008 : Management Trainee
From 02.07.2008 to 31.12.2012 : Assistant Executive
From 01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015 : Executive Purchase
From 01.01.2016 to till date : Manager Purchase
It is full time permanent position in this organization. He works 48 hours per week. His gross salary per month is Rs. ***** (Rupees *******in words).
He has been performing the following roles and responsibilities since 01.09.2010.

now how they calculate my experience and what is their reason.

please help should i make a second review or new application or both.

More over i was worried about my fund maturity period which to my surprise they have not mentioned at all.

Yes, he can go for second review, if he thinks his case is strong. Sometimes the result is found in 1 month, when their mistake happens.
He can withdraw review application any time and go for new application.

But Sir, even if we calculate experience of Executive Purchase and Manager purchase it becomes 3 years (01.01.2013 to 31.12.2015) for executive purchase and 10 months for manager purchase. Moreover if you see cic website there are below job titles are given for 1225 noc that means they are aware of this thing that job titles can be different according to company or someties country. For example in my company G.M is higher than Vice president, But in another company in my city Vice President is higher than G.M.
So it depends on company to company some time country to country.

My 75% funds were matured and remaining not matured. but they have not mentioned about that. then means my funds are cleared or what ? what is your view on this.

one more thing can i make changes in experience letter and apply again. Or they have the record of our previous application i mean can they match my old exp letter and new exp letter and object it.
please clarify.

Sir it happens many times only your designation and salary change and you jobs and respons. remains same only their volume increases. Like first i was looking for purchase of our company's one plant and after promotion one more plant's purchase added in my job title, but nature of job and respon. remained same only volume changed.

Also it is written in exp. letter that my job and respon. same from 01.09.2010.

yes, salary increased but we in experience certificate we write only current salary which i had written.

jan 2013 to dec 2015 is indeed around 2 yrs and 10 months approx.. maybe they just consider this job? I read in one forum that CIC is looking for at least 75% of job description should be purchasing, at least in your case

don't know the issue of changing your job title (promoted) but doing the same thing.. its a matter of salary increase? or more of supervisory job? those are 2 different job.

Yes, go ahead. yOu can withdraw review request anytime. Better send second review, if they don't send the decision in few days, apply for new application. You can withdraw after that by sending an email only.
Yes, some changes. This is better, write duties/responsibilities (only 8-10 lines) with each Job designation, they can be the same. Make a little bit upside down.
