I applied on SINP OID on 20 JUN 2016 and also i applied on quebec in 13 JUN ,

my status changed on SINP account to "Waiting for applicant" , the officers there ask for the following

"It has been indicated that you have an active application with
another Canadian jurisdiction. You must establish that your
intent to work and live in Saskatchewan is genuine."

what should i do now ?

did you mentione in your OASIS profile or in your generic Applcation form that you have applied for quebec or not?
if not it is due to the fact that they have tracked your application with quebec.

Need ur assistance again!

I have been leaving out side the country of my nationality for past 13 year. As an SINP- OID applicant do I have send all my visa copies from past 13 years of just current one.

Also my wife been living out side of her country of nationality, since childhood, do i have to submit all her visa pages also.

Will appreciate ur help, kindly assist me as I am not able to find on this anywhere.

Calculate your points according to education, work experience, age, IELTS Score for SINP. IF U WOULD get 60 points (very tough to get without relative ) then u can eligible to apply.

i applied for csq on june 13th but in OASIS for question "have you applied for any province or federal before ? "
i answered NO.

will it cause any problem for my nomination ??

U have sufficient time. Create fresh I on oasis and comlete new Application an submit it with all corrections. After that withdraw the first one.

M sorry if m sounding dumb...but...after getting nomination in oid from sinp what will be the next step..?
Can we apply through express entry after getting oid nomination or we have to apply with paper based application ?
And what is the processing time difference for these two ??

I don't know, hard to say what is best to do now.
Some say withdrawing it is the only way to show genuine intent to settle in SK.
I was going to suggest replying to them, that you truthfully intend to settle in whichever province that nominates you first, and since you cant be sure which one does, you have to try several in parallel.

Of course they could still reject any kind of proof you submit, stating you did not prove intent to settle in SK, and thats it...

What are you going to do? did you get any other advices?

I need your help... As i applied for sinp oid yesterday however i also want to apply for sinp ee whenever it will open.... I saw your case was similar and you withdrawal oid.

Pls. Guide me in my sinp ee profile what should i answer for the question
"Do you have apply for any province application or any Canadian judiciary ? "

Yes or No ???

As i already applied for oid so should i answer yes ??
Or they will automatically detect and ask me to withdrawal either oid or ee ?? What you did in your case ?
