i checked my experience letter and found it cover less than 50% percent of duties , i already asked my employer to re-draft new experience letter to be more clear and
i plan to send it to SINP,
my question is iam afraid may be SINP officer consider it as misrepresentation ??? because he will compare both old&new certificate

Dear, don't take risk. Only wait and watch. Unfortunately they will reject then u can reaaply with taking risk new Ref. Letter. Generally 40-50% matching duties r sufficient.

I have other question, if EE Stream opens and my OID application Still in process (NOC 2171) , can I apply at same time in EE with different NOC (2174) and different Experience letter or not . NOC 2174 (software developer) it’s in same group with 2171.
Is it problem if they checked my OID and find different experience letter?

Thanks

Dear, NOC 2174 is not in the HIgh demand list. You can apply in EE stream. After that u have to send Email them with Application No. which one u want to withdraw, cause u must have only one application running for Nomination otherwise they will cancel anyone of two. They will detect your Applications easily with the help of Name and Father's name. As well Saskatchewan is a less populated province of only 1.13 million people.

OK agree with you , but even i applied on EE with noc 2171 i need to re draft my experience , in that case is it will be problem if sinp staff check my OID application and found different duties in experience letter than EE application.

thanks

If u withdraw your OID application without getting Nomination then there is no problem.

Hello ASHUINDIAN:
I have a question please,
I had applied in 20th June with my pof not maintained for 3 months but has minimum fund requirement.

My question is if I send my spouse statement of account that has minimum fund and also maintained for three months , will that be mis-interpretation by sinp.

Because I just read about it that , one can also use spouse's pof for application. your swift response will be appreciated .

Yes friend, you can send that. But this will depend up on SINP official consider it or not. I heard, Nowadays they don't accept Application submission time left documents.

@jules82... Its a good idea to cover your case with some letter of explanation....just try to draft it properly to support your case....

Yes. And Send it to immigration.documents.gov.sk.ca with your Application No.
