Thanks for the reply.. Where is that forum? Maybe i can join and ask them about my situation.
Yes i did submit notarized document and all my certificate of employment and i explained to sinp my case thats why i cannot provide my job description with conpany letter head.. Yah i will just wait for their assessment as i cant do nothing also.. Just keeping my fingers crossed and praying that God will grant me to have the nomination..

actually i'm thinking of just imitating the letter head and just let anybody sign.. but i know its not the right thing.. and i want my application to be true and correct..

Also applied to SINP OID, but withdrew same due to 2 applications in process

Applied: July 20 2016
In-Process: July 21 2016
Fund Conversion: July 22 2016
Nomination: July 26 2016

6 days it took...

Wow that was soo fast.. Did they ask you to withdraw the OID?
My wife also applied to SINP EE on july 20.. July 26 her status become in process.. Noc 2171 also..
I hope she will be nominated as well soon.. If she got nominated first then i will withdraw my OID.

I submitted for OID on June 20th, went to Inprocess june 21st they asked for some addtnal docs which i submitted and it went back to inprocess early july.
but when EE opened i submitted o Jul 20th and it went into inprocess jul 25th. but asked to withdraw one of the applications. Now i am confused on whch to withdraw.
Pls help

I am in the same situation. I am withdrawing my OID (15 months to PR) because EE (6 months to PR) is faster. Also, if SINP contacted you to withdraw one application, then I really think they are thinking about nominating you in one but do not know which one to.

Not really, it depends on the prospect of the application submitted.

@Enaid..don't worry. Notarized copies affidavit explaining why you cannot get the letter will suffice. Please include copies of your appointment letter,appraisal letters,promotion letters,6 month payslips,tax clearance certs,redeployment letters if available . Best of luck!

I think it is OID not EE.
