My first app from 23 Sept 2015 was by NOC 6221. I was ineligible. I try second time by NOC 1225. My employers have agreed to adjust the reference letters. Our company does not produce the goods, its only resells

Hi ruruva. I'm also worry about my NOC and it's connection to my reference letter. I think it should be fine but not on 100%. Actually 1225 is not the best NOC for my occupation but I had to remade my ref let. because my NOC was excluded.

Could you say why your first app was ineligible? The problem was in reference letter?

Why you have chosen OID instead of EE in May?

Processing time is now 6.3 months for OID :o :o :o :o . It was 4 months last quarter :(

Does this imply that we must wait for 6 months to get nomination? waaah... then CIC stage is 15 months?? waaaahhh

Any idea when will the SINP EE stream re-open? so maybe need to consider applying to that stream as well?

by the way my application status is still In-process.. i checked my settle funds.. the date of conversion still unchanged.. meaning they haven't assess my application?

Any input will be appreciated!

Thanks!

My opinion here is that processing time might have been indirectly caused by applicants as well e.g. submitting incomplete documents so reviewer will ask for more doxuments, then review again. :) so this might be cause why processing time is taking a long time.

Question now is can we apply for EE when it opens? If yes, will it be faster than waiting for our application? :)

The new processing times from April to July, represent only the mentioned period, and have no indication about what will happen in the next three months.

I think-not so sure- not necessarily acceptable, in process should mean that they started checking what your application is all about.
Anyway, get relaxed and just wait.. :)

Same with me , mine has also changed to in-process on July 5th ... am very positive that we will all be nominated . no matter what.
Very optimistic ;) 8) :-*

Also, I have uploaded 3 FDs in one PDF and now its shows only one FD in account. How do I inform them to update ramaining two?

Look forward to your reply.

Need to retake ielts. as you will need a valid ielts score card if u want to apply to cic after u get nominated from SINP.

Friend please clarify;

1. EE applicant when gets AOR? as i am seeing people getting AOR after 02 months or so, are these applicants are non EE (paper based applications)?

2. If EE applicant gets AOR immediately right after on line submission of documents and then after few days of AOR (say) his age turns into next year and he losses one point and hence fails to meet the FSWP criteria, what will be the scenario? i.e. whether he has to improve his points again to meet FSWP criteria or no worry as he was meeting criteria when got AOR?

Thanks
