hello guys,
each time i login into my SINP OID profile, the additional dependent form keeps poping up, and by my family size, i dont feel i need to feel it.
i have a family of 5 myself, my wife and 3 kids. please advise

You meant step 1 of inside the 2nd icon "View submitted application"?

Yes, you can see they remove "view payment received" & it is not there

You have to create total 4 additional screen after your screen.
One for your wife
Than go inside of your wife screen & put i) Passport, ii) Birth certificate, iii) Additional family info, iv) Back ground declaration for your wife

Than come out of this screen

Go to another scree for child ( 3 screen need)
Each child screen: after enter basic info, enter inside of child screen
Put i) Passport, ii) Birth certificate, and than come out

This way fill out all screen
