Hi how will I be notified when sinp is open, is there a way??

They will not tell you ahead of time when it will open, so you should keep checking their website very often, infact every half an hour. Good luck friend.

You need to wait several months. If you get nomination decision, there will be check list from SINP for you to follow next step of visa application
