Your IELTS score is low. Listening below 6. So you are not eligible for EE. So you have to choose OID sub category. Your occupation is regulated. So you must obtain license. It takes 2 months in ideal conditions. NOCs 2173 and 2175 are in the list and regulated, needs 2 months for license. NOC 2147 is also there but it takes min. 1 year for licensing.

Thanks for the response. My NOC is 2173 i.e. Software Engineer and designer.
There are 3 licence listed there, AITP, ISP, ITCP. I did 4 years BTech in IT and working in IT from past 11 years so I think I could not give AITP, I need to go for ISP "established IT professional route".

I have following concerns
1)Do I also have to give code ethics exam before registering for ISP?
2) What is the syllabus/subject of exam.

Must. Otherwise they will reject t your application after 6 to 7 months. And your 300 CAD will also be seized. Everything should be easy to understand even when it is correct. There has also been an accident with many people.

Yes. Only for major applicants. Not for minors. In CIC stage you have to provide.

I got your point, but my doubt was while applying for SINP EE profile while on submission for nomination, do we need to produce the PCC for all major applicants....The document says if you have ever committed any crime you should include the police report before applying for SINP nomination.....

In CIC stage i got it that we need to produce PCC & other medical exams while on final submission....Anyway really grateful for your helping efforts...

sorry mate, anyhow i didn't commit any crime....anyway thanks for sharing the tips....now i have to wait for three months to get the funds statement...meanwhile i am trying to improve my IELTS score to CLB 9 level....

Hello everyone ,
I've applied for the SINP on august 9th, 2017. I've got a brother living in Saskatchewan so i've got 78 points out of 100.
I've got 7 bands in ILETS and funds is also not an issue.
Any there anything i should be worried of and please let me know anything i should know.

There are a few more points to worry aobut like the showed Experience should match related NOC expectations and Educational qualification should match the intended NOC.
Why didn't you apply for SINP EE. In that it would get Visa within 1 year, OID will take almost double time in it.

No. Only 6 bands in each stream or module .

No. Only 6 bands in each stream or module .
Yes. WES certification must for EE.

WES is already done , have more than 6 bands in each module. There must be something unusual about my profile that is why my agent didn't apply for SINP EE.
