Hello,

I got following missing document letter from SINP. Do let me know which documents I should submit to support SINP letter.

To meet the criteria of the International Skilled Worker
Occupation In‐Demand Sub‐Category you must have at least
one year of experience in an occupation, which is related to
your completed post‐secondary education, and is in‐demand
in Saskatchewan, in the past ten years. Six years work
experience was claimed within the last 10 years in the
intended occupation (2171 Information Systems Analysts and
Consultants) provide reference letters, which include job
duties, to evidence this experience.

Principal Applicant ‐ Narsing Rao Dandu
You do not meet minimum 60 out of 100 points on the Skilled Worker Points Assessment Grid, as we
could not allocate points for work experience in a field that does not relate to an in‐demand
occupation.
Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds
You do not meet the SINP settlement fund requirements. The evidence provided did not show proof
of maintaining the minimum settlement fund amount of $15,143 CAD for three months prior to your
application and throughout the entire immigration process. You do not meet criteria.
Work Experience Credentials
You do not meet the work experience requirement which states that you must have at least one
year of experience, in the past 10 years, related to your education, in an occupation which is
in‐demand in Saskatchewan. Your work experience is not related to NOC 2171. Your job duties are
related to NOC 2173, which is not an occupation in demand in Saskatchewan. You do not meet
criteria.

Yes they also check whether Account is running or not.Its not only maintaining the balance you have to occasionally have to do transactions.

You need to maintain and prove that the balance in your account is above the necessary limit 3 months prior to submission and its still available at the time of it being processed

Thanks for your reply I did not maintain 3months prior to submission of application and one more query that i went through a consultancy and NOC code is 2171 SAP MM And they gave that my profile comes under 2173 and am not eligible for SINP wen contacted my consultancy they said through roles and responsibilities in reference letter they judged my NOC as 2173 so we change the reference letter and apply again........does this works as I have no idea and confused

I waited for such a long time of no use even after going through consultancy

2174 experience will not be considered. Its roles and responsibilities overlaps with 2171..

I have translated my marriage certificate in English and notarized it, but I do not have translator affidavit is it necessary to submit ? I'm sure I will not be able to get an affidavit as the translation was done a year ago.

What will be the alternative?
