I have sent my doc to cic intake office on 22.12.16 ,how many days after they will inform me they received my application and my application in process

No need to notarized. But u have to send Nomination certificate with package, this is there strict rule.

You have to increase frame size, especially length, to get axact face size, which is approx 3 cm. Don't compromise with face size.

1.The given frame size is 50 x 70 mm,as u said lengthwise we can extend more than 70mm that is 7cm,if u go more than this ,is it acceptable?

2.They are saying that the height of the face should be between 31 and 36 mm from chin to crown of head means including hair or upto without hair,but my photo measures 37 mm from chin to crown of head including hair, because 1mm more than their measurement,the face size is exactly 30mm ,is it OK?

3. Suppose if the photo measurement is not proper whether they will ask for new one or they will return the application.

Please clarify the above.

Actually, u concentrate about face size, your face size is OK. If u have to increase frame size to get face size, then it is fine. Cause they check usually face and the specifications.
They will return any time. Even missing one signature.

You can only Apply with NoC 0721 (Now it is 0714). You can't apply for NOC 0822 and 0921, they are not in the list. Is NOC 7253 related to you, it is in the list?

This is not in the list. Don't think about any 0 beginning noc. These are related to Sr. Manager position And always very tough to explain.

Related NOC is not in the list, so you can't apply for SINP.
Note :- Don't go for this without complete documents because your records will be reach there and they will preserve it for future, whenever you would apply for any province of Canada, they will check your record. You can't change anything in future for perfect application submission.
