thanks Gurmeet. I visited pf office in Delhi today but in accounts department no one is ready to give this or stamp the statement of accounts.

Which PF office ?
PF office has one special section for female, take any of your female relatives with you and tell them that you need to meet the assistant commissioner, you may need to wait for him/her as they are too much busy, but definitely will issue the certificate.

Else check with your organisation - who handles your company’s PF Over there. He/she may also help you.

Good luck...

Don’t check with the clarks who Sit in the first building, straight go to the backside of the building (section for females), take some female with you and request them.

@Gurmeet_Kaur , btw how long does it take to get the nomination post submitting the Docs against ADR. Secondly, what’s the meaning of invoice tab appearing or disappearing. Since lot of people are talking about it here

Guys, in my adr they have asked for updated proof of funds from 14th sept till date. Can i simply submit the bank statement & fixed deposit or i need to get some letter also from bank.

I would suggest to download n print the statements for the period you want and then get them stamped at your bank. It will be a kind of verification of originality of the bank statement. Same for FD.

And then add an LOE and provide monthwise lowest & highest balance & equivalent CAD as a summary to the officer. This is optional.

She's my first cousin's wife (cousin-in-law) and yes, she's still a resident of Saskatchewan
Hi not sure if they are considering as close relative, but they rejected your application because your relative was not currently residing in Saskatchewan but in fact she is, so you have proof, I think you should write to them and get the clear picture, it might be a mistake or else they are not considering that close relative, because if you will start your new application means, it will take again ages to reach to this level and considering covid might take hell lot of time, I will suggest that you will write them directly as this seems to be a mistake by them and they should rectify the mistake which should not be consider as second review,

Honestly, to me it seems that your relative isn't a close relative to you. As they only consider blood / bi-logical relationship. If she should have been your cousin, you must have been eligible. It's from my perspective only. An immigration consultant might help you better I believe.

Thanks for your feedback.

They had no issues whatsoever about our relationship (which was proved with birth and marriage certificates) because their requirements allow brother, sister, uncle, aunt, first-cousins OR inlaws of these same relationships. I am, however, uncertain about the existence of any process different from a second review which is in place to correct a mistake on their part. It just seems so UNFAIR:( to applicants and very annoying:mad: too.

I am also very reluctant to re-apply beacause I now have reasons to question and doubt the integrity and thoroughness of their processing.
