Yes I do, I submitted today .. my status changed from “waiting on applicant” to “-“ .
I wonder if this is normal, guess I’ll check again tomorrow to see if my status changes.

Hi guys, I got a feedback finally!

My application came out as ineligible.

Here's the reason they gave in the letter:
"You did not score a minimum 60 out of 100 points on the Skilled Worker Points Assessment Grid, as
‐ we could not allocate points for your close relative in Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan Adaptability
You did not receive the 20 points claimed for having a relative who is currently residing in
Saskatchewan, as you failed to provide the supporting documents for close relative in Saskatchewan
as requested in a letter from the SINP dated 26‐Feb‐2020.
Also, our verification has found that your family member did not reside in Saskatchewan for one
year as per the SINP requirement."

Whereas, in response to the ADR I had submitted documents from my relative including:
• Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's license (only issued after driver has driven in Saskatchewan for more than 12 months)
• Lease agreements from 1st January 2019 till way past my submission date 31st January 2020
• Notification of Tax Assessments
• Employment records

Please advise on what to do as I am aware that the 2nd review takes about 2 years and I consider it unfair that I should be PUNISHED for the SINP's Officer error.

I’m so sorry to hear this , I also think you should submit a fresh application but
make sure you go through the records of your relative to make sure that they didn’t leave SK within the one year period in question.

I believe they have records of your relative that proves that he/she was out of SK within the one year period hence, the rejection.

Thanks for your kind words, I did re-confirm from my relative on this issue and she assures me she didn't leave the province hence her ability to get a Class 5 drivers' licence which is only issued to those who have been driving in Saskatchewan for 12 months. This was attached to the ADR as well as their Lease documents, work papers and other relevant information too... Applying seems quicker but I'd hate to go through the entire process again if I'm not sure they will look through ALL the documents I submit...

under status I have “View my correspondence “ not invoice tab.
My status is “Requested information submitted” ...

I think it is not considered as a “close relative”, your first cousin is allowed/qualified but not the wife of your cousin.

Guys, in my adr they have asked for updated proof of funds from 14th sept till date. Can i simply submit the bank statement & fixed deposit or i need to get some letter also from bank.

I would suggest you get a letter from the bank in their letter head to accompany the bank statement.

@Gurmeet_Kaur , btw how long does it take to get the nomination post submitting the Docs against ADR. Secondly, what’s the meaning of invoice tab appearing or disappearing. Since lot of people are talking about it here

Hi it’s totally depends case to case. No one can give exact timeline, I have been providing the immigration consultancy and seen few cases get through easily with no further delay after the submission of ADR whereas others take some time.

Appearance and disappearance of Invoice tab is also their internal system, but mostly it disappears when the file is “In Process”.

No, pls don’t submit the statement only, you need to get the letter from bank and PF office in the below format:-
To whom it may concern
This is to certify that Mr....... has saving/ FD/PPF account with us bearing the account no..... since .....

The total balance as on ....... is Rs.... (numbers) ................(in words) which he can access/ withdraw anytime.
