What does this mean. This is on SINP website. Can we submit the request again if they send ineligible status.?

Effective May 16, 2020, the timeline to submit Requests for a Second Review will be shortened from 45 days to 30 days after the SINP has issued an ineligibility letter.

I have submitted my application on Nov 30th and its 25 weeks today..it went to In Process on Feb 25th and till today no update...I sent a mail last week and for that they replied that they have checked my file and that they are reviewing the criteria requirements.. Getting very impatient day by day..

80% cases processing takes time.. in my case it takes around 9 months to get nominations..
