I hope you entered correct job seaker code and correct EE profile nbr in your SINP, re check that,may be there is some typo. Also send email to SINP on this and see what they respond.

I have rechecked. Job seeker code and EE profile both are absolutely correct. How long it took in your case after the date of nomination? And did you receive a message in your inbox messages in cic EE profile? Or where exactly you received the message to accept the nomination in EE profile. Please advise.
My application is still in process so I can’t answer you that! However did you send any email to SINP or IRCC regarding this?
Any update on the applications received on 18th December, 2019. My NOC is 6221 but have not received anything from Saskatchewan side.
Oh. I thought your application is already approved. I just want to know first if this is normal or it takes few days to be updated. Even if I send inquiry you cic they don’t respond before 30 business days, same as SINP, they usually don’t reply so quick. Anyone else can guide then please advise. Thanks
It usually takes few hrs upto 24hrs for the notification to show up in EE profile. Please mail SINP, if you have not done it already. Given the current COVID19 situation, the province has declared state of emergency on 18th March so expect delays in response from them. Alternatively you can try calling them, though not sure if their office is still functioning but I am assuming some skeleton staff might be available.

Nothing is being heard concerning 18th December submission as i also submitted that day (NOC 6235), we are keeping fingers crossed believing covid 19 effect will be mild.

Congratulations on your nominee. I received my nomination on 18 mar 2020, but so far my express entry profile did not update. Can you confirm me if your profile was updated itself or they sent you any message to accept. If they sent a message then how did you accept? Please advise.
