I have received ITA in latest draw but my husband does not have birth certificate. We have applied but authorities issued non availability certificate because birth is not registered. Kindly suggest can we use alternate document in place of birth certificate.

Non Availability of Birth Certificate document will work for SINP

Non availability certificate is acceptable..in case it's in local language, get it translated and an affidavit from the translator that he is proficient at both languages is required..any notary public would do this...

Submitted my application last November 5, 2019. ADR requested (updated proof of funds), Dec 5. Submitted my ADR, Dec 10. And the status is in progress since then.

There is a court procedure which you can follow to get one. Although, it is time consuming process, you must initiate ASAP so that you will get one in future.

If you already get the ITA to apply to the SINP, your score is fixed. The expiration of IELTS result will not impact your SINP score. However, if you apply in EE category, I guess you need to retake Ielts in order to be eligible in EE pool.

I agree, I had same issue. I received nomination from SINP but IELTS score was about to expire in EE profile in 7 days. I had already planed to appear for IELTS. 03 mar 2020 was expiry date, 02 march I received score card, I immediately updated the score. the profile was updated by 3rd mar. Draw happened on 4 mar and I received ITA.

I think they are processing file for specific NOC..as most of the files having activity are for NOC 2171..is there anyone with NOC 1311 ??
Though they are definitely processing ITA round of 17 October, but I have not heard much from other NOCs...I might be wrong...any inputs from the members???
