Completely wrong. Why birth date mentioned in passport is not considered (after all that is also based on birth certificate)? Why do they need birth certificate separately just to confirm your birth date? Think about it.
Don't trust consultant.

we only have 1 month left. and on the internet its no where mentioned that we cannot use gift deed. even on the PR file we can provide gift deed But SINP is not clear about it. i have no idea about sinp

How old are your funds ? Have you seen anyone approved by sinp in this kind of situations ?

None..thats why im afraid. Most of them says that SINP is very strict regarding proof of fund..mine would be 2 months old only before i need to submit..how about yours?
I asked someone about it and she still continue to apply even her funds are below 3 months and also uses a gift deed.however she havent receive any update yet since nov 2019.

Yeah, I submitted as I explained in my previous message. But my application was returned for other reason: missing document (Code of Conduct). Hard luck!.

If you had no other option for POF with 3 months old fund and you can take risk of your Application Fee! then please go ahead and submit your application with all supporting documents. Dont expect that if you deny your ITA, you will receive another. Because we are not sure whats going to happen in SINPs future draws.
