It means, Saskatchewan is not going to follow any restrictions in picking EOIs. If they have a larger intake need, they will go ahead and issue ITA's. Also if there are no requirements, they might not issue ITA's at all for some period.

2171 Nominations were flying until Dec... Things have slowed a lot from start of this year. At this moment, SINP is dealing with application from 1st to 15th Nov.... so hope they will pick up your profile soon...

You don't really need this information - it's slightly incorrect . I submitted my application on 23 October 2019 and its current status is "In Process".

Based on my research Saskatchewan is very strict with PoF and if it is transferred into account just now then we need to provide the source of funds and a letter of explanation, stating that you completely own this amount and attach the proof for source of funds.

I am in same situation, my funds are not 90 days old and deadline to submit the application is same as yours (Dec). So my plan would be to submit a gift deed letter (notary) and as a backup I hold a significant amount in my EPF (Employee Provident Fund), so attaching the PF statement (attested).

Couldn't find any similar situation where someone withdrawn application and received another with new EOI.

Have the same dilemma here regarding proof of funds. Do you still continue to submit your application? Including the the gift deed and explanation letter? How was it? Please help. We have the same scenario. Thankyou

I am also on the same boat, but I still submitted the documents even though my funds are not 3 months old. Many in the forum and even in the google search people strictly say not submit application if the funds are not 3 months old. But I just submitted the application on 30-Nov-2019 even though I do not have DOB certificate and funds not maintained for more than 3 months. I am just trusting the Lord for miracle and praying. Hoping for positive results . So it is totally up to you to decide on whether to submit the application or not.

At first,Im also willing to take the risk and submit my application because im afraid not to have a chance to received an ITA again. Lets just hope we can have positive result.

DOB is data of birth certificate ... it is still in application received status.Yes, even I was not sure if I am again going to get invite so I just applied.
