SINP Job Approval current processing time

Hello. I just wonder there is anybody recently got Job Approval Letter from SINP. My employer applied Job Approval around Nov 18 2020 but still have not got any reply from SINP officer. On SINP web page, Job Approval normally takes 8weeks.

The informtion is on SINP web page. Must include wage, position, location, Job description, company contact info, signature of employer, must written on company letter head paper and etc.

I have just submitted an EOI profile in PEI and Saskatchewan Provinces. My score in SINP is 60. Please suggest on how to improve my score, like is getting a Job Offer the only option. From this thread I understand that, that is also very difficult being outside Canada.
At which stage of our application, is the good time to search for Jobs?
How long does it take for them to ask me to "submit an application for nomination". Is there any chance for me with score of 60. Please advise.

SINP scores are 68+ so you have the minimum score so you will not get a nomination. Without work authorization unless you have a specialized skill and/or contacts, employers will not look at your application. Employers need to show they couldn’t find a Canadian or PR to do the job. Suggest improving your score - language, education etc.
