Wating for SINP Job Approval Letter (need opions ASAP)

Hi,

I hope someone can give me their advise. I already have a job offer from an employer, According to my agent who is handling my papers, my employer already got a SINP job approval. He submitted my job offer letter to the SINP together with the SINP Job approval, that is for my Job Approval Letter. Its been 2 month but according to him he is still waiting for the Job Approval Letter but already submitted my SINP nomination with my job offer letter and SINP job approval number. The SINP contacted my employer to verify it.

If the job approval letter has not been released ater the SINP ask the job approval letter as a requirements in the SINP nomination, is my application will be rejected?
