2nd Step. Provide answers to all the question asked in the plan

3rd Step. Print the plan (some choose to save as PDF)

or

4th Step. Scan the plan.

5th Step. Upload the plan.

6th Step. Upload Settlement Plan in Settlement Fund Tab (same as POF tab)

Nope, it does not say so in the guide, compared to SINP express entry: http://www.economy.gov.sk.ca/immigration/occupations-in-demand

You need to send an email with your file number that you like to withdraw.

SINP will send a confirmation then.

Many people send 2-3 applications (1 for each intake) i think this is really bad - as system being overloaded with only few people who are not witing but want to get quick through.

So withdrawing one is a good way forward..
