My application returned from SINP during last intake due to insufficient documents. If I would like to apply again should I open new OASIS account? Or I can use the previous one?

There are shouldn't be any problem using the old one.

Since my SINP application returned last time so I should declare that I previously applied for Provincial Nominee or Canadian Citizenship. Right?

I think you should not mention that you applied previously... Because it is for people who applied in 2014 or using the old system.

And their application is in process.

I dont see anything bad in being truthful - the fact is you have applied. You have used your account - that's fine.

Guys, in the PoF they will accept donation from parents?
If yes, I need a letter from who donated?

For example:
In October my bank account was $ 5000
In November my bank account was $ 8000
In December, I received a donation and now my account is $ 14000 (the minimum required to immigrate)

I don't know if they will accept that I only have enough money in the last month and came from a donation

Mate, just get an affidavit stating that the money is a gift and, more specifically, that they not need to be repaid once you settle in Canada.

Provident fund is not accepted. It has been discussed here on the forum and someone even e-mailed SINP to confirm. Sorry
