My friend got nomination in July and AOR in Oct. NOC 0911. According to my friend, if I ask about my file status, then it would create negative impact

It is not true, u can ask your file status, sometimes u r files transfer to PIU..

They mostly asked from 01 Oct 2017. If so, whatever the account status you have, attach it as it is. They are checking you from the given date if you not able to provide the required dates then you must explain them in LOE.

1- It is obvious that if you have account which is not active from a long time then bank will give you an official letter which can attach with LOE.
2- If the account does not exist from the required date then you must notify this in LOE.

SINP is very cooperative in answering as per my experience. Even I call them and left my message with full name, DOB and application number. They call me back and update me about the file status. They made their email to provide customer service support, you have the right to ask them about file status.

I received the request to submit additional document (1 year bank statement, ECA, birth-certificate), I have submitted all document last week but no update on the application, still status 'waiting on applicant'. How long do they take to update the status? and is it a good sign that they ask for more document? will I get nomination soon?

I submitted application in Jan 2018 for SINP EE, they asked me to get the license in March 2018 and told me that my application will be on hold till 1 year. I applied for the license and it is under process, but suddenly last week they ask for more document.

We can’t predict anything, some candidates cases it takes more time

So, what should I do? and other question is that if sinp want to contact me so they contact via oasis or email, which I mentioned in my application?

SINP takes 6-12 months for majority cases, I know many of my friends received nominations after 15 months, if u have any messages from SINP, it will reflect in SINP oasis correspondence tab
