SINP JANUARY -2018 APPLICANTS CONNECT HERE

No ADR only in process. I am fed up with these people. They are just passing the time people are ready for the rejection but they are not doing their work in average timelines. Number of times I had emailed them but got the automated reply only.

They must be replying to the candidate since we had paid the of CAD 300. You can't send the automated reply after 10 months

See SINP is issuing nominations based on labour market needs, if u r noc is weak in labour market, surely they hold the application

If some NOC are weak then SINP will not issue nomination of specific NOC people until required. But in my case my NOC is 2121 and one more applicant with same NOC got nomination just this month but my file is in hold after ADR submission from June 2018.

I sent two times inquiry email at Saskatchewan gov address but I am not getting any reply on my file status except confirmation of email receipt.Is there any one with same situation? Please advice

My Application Timeline so far (SINP EE):
Submitted: January 1, 2018 (NOC 0124)
Status In process: January 23, 2018
Submitted renewed passport: January 31, 2018
ADR Received: February 1, 2018 (Updated POF, work experience justification, reference letter, renewed passport)
ADR Responded: February 19, 2018 - Received auto acknowledgement
Status In Process: February 20, 2018 till date
New CIC EE profile details submitted on August 15, 2018.

My file after ADR submission in June 2018 is also in process uptill now. I inquired SINP on my status but I am not getting any reply from them.

I have submitted SINP EE in June'18 and it's still In Process but my EE is about to expire in a week, is it possible to change EE number in SINP EE.

I got the reply from SINP but they did my file ineligible after 10 months and put the clause that my job profile is coming under 0621 but my actual job code is 1123. I don't understand that what they have checked. I used to think that foreigners are highly perfect I their work but they just waste.

Should I go for a second review since they did the wrong decision.

I got an ADR for proof of funds stating I provide account statement 3 months prior to my application account. (I.e. October 2017 till ADR date).

However, I only have the fund in my account for only 2 months prior to applying to SINP.

Should I forward it to them like that or what should I do?

In ADR they must be asked from a date?? You must provide from the required date.

u can ask your status to SINP, some cases it takes more time after submission of adr....

My friend got nomination in July and AOR in Oct. NOC 0911. According to my friend, if I ask about my file status, then it would create negative impact
